Fully automatic powder coating system consists of automatic in-line multi-stage washing tunnel or pre-treatment tunnel with the use of nanotechnologies, powder coating booth and powder recovery with integral automatic blowing system and continuous overhead conveyor monorail system.
The Coating System is composed of two (2) units of Tribo type Vertical Automatic Reciprocators with Touch-screen Control Panel and Electrostatic Guns on both sides with 1 unit of electrostatic manual gun.
